LMW Cancellation Policy

At Little Mountain Wellness, we value your time and are committed to providing dedicated and focused care during each session. To help us maintain availability and fairness for all clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
 

Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to the full session fee, except in cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances. This policy ensures we can offer timely support to others who may be waiting for an appointment.
