Joshua Capri
RCC, CCC, MACP, M.Ed
Founder, Counsellor, Educator
Each of us is on our own unique path. Along the way, we experience moments of joy, uncertainty, loss, growth, and change. I've come to see that the very emotions that can leave us feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck can also become a guiding light, helping us find relief, and discover a path that feels safer and more manageable.
My commitment is to bring warmth, steadiness, and deep respect for your inner experience, creating a space where you feel supported in understanding yourself and working through life's challenges. By integrating evidence based therapy with creativity and personal expression, my hope is to help you find clarity, strengthen connection, and collaboratively design a path that feels authentic, meaningful, and uniquely your own.

Biography
Joshua Capri is a therapist and educator who has spent over 20 years helping children, youth, families, and school communities navigate growth, learning, and emotional wellbeing. Little Mountain Wellness is an extension of that journey and a way of bringing this work beyond the classroom and into the wider community.
Joshua integrates evidence based therapy with creativity and personal expression, helping clients better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and develop practical tools for lasting change. He believes there is great power not only in using art as a tool for healing, but also in viewing the therapeutic process itself as a creative process, where wellbeing is shaped with intention, curiosity, and hope.
Sioux Bonderove
RCC, MACP, B.FA, CTRT
Counsellor, Educator
I believe that connecting more deeply to ourselves brings clarity and positively impacts the communities we are part of. I see therapy as a collaborative process where we uncover what may be hidden and support meaningful change.
My commitment is to offer a space grounded in respect, cultural sensitivity, and authenticity, where you can explore your experiences and better understand the patterns that shape your life. This work is rooted in values and self understanding, with the belief that meaningful change emerges from within. At times, we may explore dreams, symbols, and deeper aspects of experience to support insight, reflection, and growth. Be good to yourself.

Ian Cohen
B.Mus, B.Ed
Educator
I believe that music is more than a skill. It is a way for young people to build confidence, express themselves, and feel connected to something larger than themselves. I have seen how learning music can support resilience, emotional growth, and a strong sense of belonging.
My commitment is to create a space where students feel supported, challenged, and inspired to grow both musically and personally. Through music, I aim to help each student find their voice and carry that confidence with them beyond the classroom.

Biography
Ian Cohen is an educator and performer with over 15 years of experience teaching music across elementary, secondary, and adult settings. As a teacher within Little Mountain Wellness youth programs, he helps students develop musical skills while building confidence, connection, and a sense of belonging through music.
