Youth Programs

Arts & Athletics

Not Your Typical Art & Athletics Programs

Our art and athletic programs are designed to go beyond skill-building to intentionally connect the specific skills of arts and athletics to self image building, creativity, resilience, communication, teamwork, and healthy coping skills.

Designed & taught by experienced BC certified teachers and counsellors, these programs create a community where children grow before they struggle, developing tools that support them through both enjoyable and challenging moments in life. By combining art, athletics, and emotional development in a way that feels natural and fun, children don’t just participate, they engage, connect, and genuinely enjoy the experience.
